Before I go to bed, I just want to say
Discovering hardcore, and through it straight edge, and through that, positive thinking and a positive self image has been the greatest thing in my life. I can’t believe that the person I was a few years ago is gone, and I’m happy they’re gone. I’m glad that I can wake up without dreading the day and that I can look in a mirror and not hate what I see.
I’m glad that I met all the people I’ve met who’ve opened my mind to so many issues I never cared about, and taught me so many positive things I’ve been able to use to better myself. Consider this a thank-you note.
